this is what they call a tattoo free. but don t become crazy. only art is free. is s not like you can go and get the tattoo for free. not unless they are good friends with an artist of the tattoo that decides to do a favour to you. and although this is a tattoo free and only has a colour still is a rather complicated to do tattoo. japanese dragon like this always has a certain amount of fine detail that requires a very good artist’s hand.
